Manuscripts not previously published or submitted for publication to any other journal are invited to be submitted online. There are no submission deadlines. Every manuscript will be reviewed by at least two reviewers, expected within a month after submission.

Manuscripts should be written in English. For review purposes, the text of the manuscript can be submitted in .doc, .rtf, or .pdf formats. The manuscript should include: a title, names of all authors and their affiliation, a corresponding author contact information, an abstract, and at least five keywords for indexing purposes. After the final acceptance, the paper should be formatted according to the following template . Manuscripts in the final format should not exceed 20 pages. Contributions exceeding the paper limit are possible, but will incur an extra page charge.
